Our purpose is to support the athlete initially with his equipment, buying him new professional equipment, and later helping him with other needs that will arise."

In particular, Iakovos Christofidis said: "I’d like to thank the Kition Ocean Marina for the purchase of my professional equipment, and I will try to bring as many successes as I can, but also participate in the development of the sport in Cyprus. Windsurfing is everything to me, it's what I spend most of my time on, it brings me close to the sea, the waves and the feeling on the surfboard is something that blows me away. "
The delivery of the equipment took place within the framework of the athlete's sponsorship agreement by Kition Ocean Marina. The sponsorship aims to strengthen the athlete's effort to achieve the goals he has set for the coming years through his participation in major global events.
The delivery of the equipment was also attended by the Director of the Larnaca Marina, Captain Paris Dimitriou, and Mr. Andreas Christofidis, father of the athlete.
